At work, the practice is at a turning point.
The question: What is our vision?
The answer: Our vision is to thrive and grow with the changing times.
To me, turning points are both scary and exciting times. My turning points have been ushered by the need for change and set into motion by making change a reality. Recognizing and enacting change is not an easy task for me, but a necessary one.
And so with some nervousness and boatloads of enthusiasm, I envision our future and ready myself for the work that lies ahead.
