I can't believe the first tooth is almost here!
My son has been ready for months.
During meals, he grabs at spoonfuls of food and tries to feed himself.
He listens to us eat and marvels at the crunch-crunch-crunch of crackers.
And *everything* must be tasted, including seatbelts, zippers and spatulas.
When he mimics chewing by banging his little gums together, I think about the pleasure of eating my favorite foods and the camaraderie felt at family meals.
This tooth ushers in new wonderful life experiences! Hurry up tooth! Let the fun begin!
