* Oscar paints a Valentine for Daddy. "This is a bird. And this is a bird. 1 2 3 lovebirds."
* Flipping through a book together, Oscar tells me, "The elephant's trunk looks like a fire hose Mama."
Seeing the world through his eyes, these things become "new" to me.
