After weeks of rain and then a brief spell of summer-like weather, Halloween arrived with mild temperatures and a chill autumn air.
Having that fall-feeling was certainly a treat for this East Coast raised girl:)
Our little guy dressed as a puppy.When he first saw the furry brown costume he hugged it close like a cuddly stuffed animal.
We spent the day taking pictures, playing around the house, listening to music and carving more pumpkins.
In the late afternoon we walked a street fair in our neighboring town.
Crowds of all ages wore every kind of costume imaginable (except for "naughty", this was a family festival after all:)
When my son saw a little girl wearing an Elmo costume he laughed to himself, as if he was in on a private joke. He raced over, only to stop abruptly a foot from her. Then he bent over and gently kissed her tummy. ... a very cute trick:)
