Lately when my mind wanders, I meditate on the lives of frogs.
Lily and Hoppoli are hopping around my imagination.
Little frog twins who are very different from one another but the best of friends until......
At the writing group event I chose to draw instead of write.
And so Lily was born, squatting on my drawing page.
A few days later, during a quiet moment, I flipped back to her picture.
Thinking about Lily, her likes and interests, I doodled some thoughts. That's how I discovered Hoppoli.
I've left the sketch book on the computer desk opened to a simple outline of their story.
I'm looking forward to what will come.
